ABOUT OUR ROOMS
The Apple Tree Inn takes pride in knowing that we provide clean, affordable comfort for our guests, and can accommodate both single and large family groups. We offer ground level 1 & 2 Bedroom Family Suites, Fully equipped kitchenettes, TV, in room coffee. We are only 2 minutes from the Radium Hot Pools, also very close to mini golf, 18 hole golfing, hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting, canoeing, restaurants, shopping, and much much more. Note, we also have a couple of condos in Fairmont Hot Springs.
King Room with AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 2
This air conditioned room is located on ground level with parking directly in front of the room. It provides a king size bed, a bathroom and private balcony. It has cable TV, seating area, a small fridge, microwave, a large wall-mounted fan and a coffee maker. This room is not pet friendly.
1 Bedroom 2 beds Family Suite w/ AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 4
This air conditioned, pet friendly family room is located at ground level with parking directly in front of the room. It provides one main sleeping area and one separate bedroom, with a double bed in each. This room has cable TV, a large wall-mounted fan, a small fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub and shower. This room is dated and worn but is clean. This room is pet friendly with a $20 fee that will be added at check-in.
1 Bedroom 2 bed Family Suite with Kitchen/AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 4
This air-conditioned family room is located on ground level with parking directly in front of the room. It has one main room and a separate bedroom, with a queen size bed in each. The kitchenette provides both eating and cooking utensils, a large wall-mounted fan and a small seating area. The bathroom has both a tub and shower. This room is dated and worn but clean. This room is pet friendly with a $20 fee that will be added at check-in.
2 Bedroom 4 bed Family Suite with Kitchenette/AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 6
This air-conditioned suite is located on the ground level with parking directly in front of the room. It has a living room with 2 single beds in it. It also has two separate bedrooms with a double bed in each room. The bathroom has both tub and shower. The suite also provides a kitchenette, complete with eating and cooking utensils. This room is not pet friendly.
Superior Queen Room 2 beds with AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 4
This air conditioned room is located off the highway in the lower back area of the motel and includes a semi-private balcony with BBQ. It has one main room containing two queen sized beds, small indoor and outdoor seating areas, cable TV, a large wall-mounted fan, a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub and shower. This room is not pet friendly.
Deluxe Queen Room 2 beds with Kitchen/AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 4
This air conditioned room is located on ground level with parking directly in front of the room and a private balcony. It has one main area that includes two queen sized beds, cable TV, a large wall-mounted fan and a small seating area. The kitchenette provides both cooking and eating utensils. This air conditioned room is located on ground level with parking directly in front of the room. It provides a king size bed, a bathroom and private balcony. It has cable TV, seating area, a kitchenette, a large wall-mounted fan and a coffee maker. This room is not pet friendly.
Very Small Double with AC
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 2
Very small double room with AC, 1 queen bed and small private balcony. Ground floor with 1 parking spot directly in front of the unit. This room has been partially renovated but still dated and worn but clean. This room has a tv with cable. This room is pet friendly with a $20 fee that will be added at check-in.
(Fairmont Hot Springs) 6 guests with jacuzzi
MAX. OCCUPANCY: 6
1 bedroom apt. 1 King bed, 2 Queen sofa beds. 550 sq. ft. 1 bathroom with big Jacuzzi. Kitchen, Living room, Dining area and a balcony with a barbecue. kitchen is complete except oven. Has 4 burner stove and toaster oven on the cabinet. 3 min to Fairmont Hot springs/ski hill/tubing hill. 35 min to Radium Hot Springs and 42 min to natural Hot Springs, Lussier(White Swan) 3 minutes to restaurants, shops, groceries, bars/liquor store . Walking distance to 2 restaurants open seasonally. 45 min to Panorama ski hill. Several golf courses from 1-15 min away. This room is not pet friendly.
RULES AND POLICIES
Full payment is due upon check in. You can check-out any time up until 11:00 a.m. local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.
At check-out time please drop keys into the key slot located on the office door. if your room is a keypad, please make sure to call the office and let us know when you check out.
To avoid late penalties please let us know when you check out.
Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.
The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by Apple Tree Inn.
Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. We are happy to provide pool towels for the hot springs, please ask at the front desk.
