About Hostel Rooms

The Orchard is our group accommodation for up to 23 guests which doubles as a hostel if not booked. Sitting room with 2 full couches and a love seat. 55" smart tv, kitchenette/dining, amenities for cooking and eating (All dishes, silverware, pots and pans) 2 mini fridges, 1 mini freezer, hot plate, barbecue, microwave, toaster. 7 bunk beds double on bottom single on top. 1 room with double bed. Shared washroom with 4 (toilets, sinks and showers). Bottom bunks have lockable privacy doors.

"Orchard" 23 guests 15 Beds

MAX. OCCUPANCY: 23 Guests

This air conditioned, pet friendly family room is located at ground level with parking directly in front of the room. It provides one main sleeping area and one separate bedroom, with a double bed in each. This room has cable TV, a large wall-mounted fan, a small fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub and shower. This room is dated and worn but is clean. This room is pet friendly with a $20 fee that will be added at check-in.

RULES AND POLICIES

Full payment is due upon check in. You can check-out any time up until 11:00 a.m. local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.


At check-out time please drop keys into the key slot located on the office door. if your room is a keypad, please make sure to call the office and let us know when you check out. To avoid late penalties please let us know when you check out.


Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.


The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by Apple Tree Inn. 


Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. We are happy to provide pool towels for the hot springs, please ask at the front desk.
